Do Comfort Colors shirts shrink?
Barely. Every Blisterhood tee is a Comfort Colors 1717, garment-dyed and pre-shrunk, so expect 2 to 3% at most. Wash it cold and tumble dry low or hang it, and the size you order is the size you keep.
Are Comfort Colors 1717 tees true to size?
Yes. It's a unisex, relaxed, slightly boxy cut with a dropped shoulder, so your usual size gives that easy fit. Between sizes, or want it closer? Is a cotton tee good for hiking?
For day hikes, trailheads, camp and the brewery after, yes: 6.1 oz ring-spun cotton is soft, breathable and tough. On long, hot or wet climbs cotton holds sweat, so plenty of hikers wear a synthetic layer for the big push and pull this on at the summit for the photo.
Do Blisterhood tees make good gifts for hikers?

Why does the color look vintage, and will it fade?
Comfort Colors shirts are dyed after they're sewn, which gives them that soft, lived-in look. Vintage shades soften a little more with each wash, like a trail map that's been folded a hundred times. Wash inside out in cold water with like colors to keep the color and print at their best.
How do I wash it so the print lasts?
Turn it inside out, wash cold with like colors, then tumble dry low or hang it to dry. Skip bleach and don't iron over the print. The design is printed with DIGISOFT, a water-based ink that stays soft on the fabric.

What if it doesn't fit, or I don't love it?
Email us within 30 days of delivery. Wrong size? We'll send the right one free. Not loving it? We'll refund the full price of the tee, and there's no need to send it back; pass it on to a hiking buddy. One refund or replacement per order, and we reply within a day.
